Hi! I'm Owen McCadden.

I grew up in Rhode Island and studied computer science and economics at UNC Chapel Hill.

I am currently working at AWS as a software engineer.

The purpose of this blog is to share some of my personal coding projects. Most of the code referenced in blog posts can be found on my Github.

Some of the topics that I find most interesting include economic and financial data, optimal strategies for various games, and startups / venture capital, among others.

Some of my hobbies and interests are golf, Texas hold-em, weightlifting, running, soccer, cooking, and watching the Tarheels.
